Said it before and I’ll say it again, I’m a

simple man so forgive me. I know the moving of v2 liquidity to v3 has been discussed in depth. But has it actually been proposed to just move the surplus of the pools which are in surplus only? Leave the people in v2 who want to stay in there(for whatever reason). But the surplus could fix ‘some’ v3 pools and hopefully allow them to start generating more fees? More people willing to deposit again due to the fact no haircut.
