to update epic. Don’t you think this will bring inflation for rares? No mechanism anymore to burn rares.
Weekly box raffle rewards has been reduced which will slow down rare momo mint. And I’m guessing now that moballs need to be crafted, it will be more difficult/costly to catch momos in the mmv too…
I believe (by marketplace analysis) that only a few users were upgrading when burning rares were needed. Probably there will be no inflation.
the rare/epic burning mechanism was one of the arguments for minting new set of momos. I don't understand why you would say there will be no inflation - when the ONLY mechanism to counter inflation will be removed 🤷🏻♂️
If I had the internal statistics then I would know the exact answer. I guess the team did those changes to make the plataform sustainable.
yes, I get that. but to say there will probably be no inflation when there's no mechanism to decrease the population - that's silly bro
Not if the rate of increase of the amount of momos is lower than the rate of increase of users holding rares to play/mining. There is now also mining on momoverse (materials) in addition to the mining field. You need 2 rares to mine in both locations. Only in the mining camp two equal families generated bonuses only once. Now if you have 2 of the same rares, you make two families and earn 300 in the mining camp and 600 in the momoverse. That's if you have the initial hash at the required level, of course. You need to analyze every change that they made, no only one.
3.370 Rares have been burnt during the upgrading process. That information is public.
that's already considered bro because momoverse has been around for months now
That doesn’t show if burn rate have increased or decreased the last months. I used to upgrade only up to lvl 19, now I started to upgrade to higher lvls.
I actually want to make a survey and the question is: if your first encounter with mobox is after the sept 19 update, will you still invest/spend? I've been asking that question to myself for quite some time now. What I really want to know is how will the mobox platform appear from someone new to the platform? Will newcomers think of owning a momo given the monthly upkeep to keep all the benefits?
It's stopped now. It shows that a good thinking if you check how many rares listed in marketplace then think adding 3300 to them
If I were a newcomer I would invest exclusively in the latest 3 games and just sell mec earned. Renting would be an option.
i've restructured my assets to that. sold 4 rare families then upgraded MD consumption level a notch. thinking of upgrading 1 more but it's too costly now 😂
The answer to this we will only know in the future. I presume the team analyzed all info then decide for the changes because they believe it’s the best way to keep the project growing.
I guess I’ll wait to see how the changes affects the users. Materials market already changed prices up, so all calculations changed too.
what do you mean by MD ?
moland defense
My only worry is how will mobox attract new users with this monthly upkeep mechanism for momos. There's renting... but that's not something I would recommend to someone new to mobox games.
There will be less MBOX available, so price may increase, bringing more attention to MOBOX.
we're starting to see fun games like CoM. something people may probably not care how long they will ROI 😅 it's a bit tricky to balance the game and make it enjoyable for everyone. like right now GMA is dominating the beta test they're having the most fun 😂
