There actually is a 1% query fee burn as indexers redeem query fees already integrated in the protocol.

Also, there are scenarios where an indexer receives queries and has a voucher to redeem query fees, but the voucher does not exceed the gas cost to redeem. The indexer may opt to just ignore it. So there are query fees that are 'stuck in the nether' that will never be redeemed. These aren't 'burned' necessarily but they are removed from circulation.
