Why team so careless? This exploit has been hypothesized since

USDX first allowed as collateral on Lend.
I remember asking often when USDX would be added as collateral and this exact scenario was described by Darren as the likely reason not to allow it as collateral for borrowing.

Same as allowing to Mint USDX with UST. Team was warned countless times about the risk of UST depegging but they do not listen.

Team did nothing to protect USDX price swing on Ascendex. Would have required only a few thousand USDX on the orderbooks to eliminate this risk.

Team has been cautioned numerous times about oracle using only Ascendex price feed, yet nothing was done to protect the platform against such manipulation.

I believe this is planned attack, Kava team well aware of the potential exploit and essentially left the door open for bad actors to come in unhindered.
