When mining on the gui wallet with p2pool. If the

machine looses temporary internet connection but continues to mine - is the mining time and its results preserved during the offline time? In other words, does the p2pool process send the mining results after reconnecting?
I wonder about this quite a bit, since the internet connection gets cut off quite allot during that process, not sure why.

I was asking about mining offline. Can the mining process re-connect with preserved hashes? I dont know how it works and what exactly goes on in the connection to the rest of the nodes. Is the matching hash checked locally offline and only when found sent to the rest of the network? If yes, is it waiting for re-connection? Im simply asking if Im loosing time by not checking for network disconnections.
