I am able to see the % offering but how

do I know which one are the top performers? Are Binance staking 1 and 2 really services by Binance or someone just used their name? I want to choose the most secure top performers, stake my glmr and forget about it until 2025. So I really need the top notch so I dont have to worry. Also, do I have to do anything to enable auto compounding or it is automatic? Your help is very much appreciated. Thanks

You can check the collators in active set on: https://moonbeam.subscan.io/validator You can't forget it for years, because there is a risk of not getting rewards, where collators are knocked out of the active set and go to the waiting set. This is because the collator has a low total bonded and does not produce blocks. You can set auto-compounding based on the % rewards you want to use when staking.
