on moonbeam and not ethereum or other ethereum l2s?
hey ser, Moonbeam is a hub that allows developers to build DeFi / Game / NFT projects that are able to interact with multiple blockchains from one place. e.g. you can swap ETH from Ethereum to ETH on Moonbeam in one click, you do not need to look for a bridge and so on, and this applies to all assets and networks that will be connected to Moonbeam. e.g. the Prime protocol, which is in the deployment stage, the protocol will provide margin loans backed by a user’s entire portfolio. say a user has assets on many different L1s, and wants to take out a loan backed by all those positions to reduce risk of liquidation. Prime enables that user to hold onto all of those tokens, continue earning yield on the original chains, and take out a loan anywhere with one click. Derek talked about all the advantages of Moonbeam / Moonriver in his speech at Polkadot Decoded: 1. https://youtu.be/th3lQ5oucwg and this is also worth listening to: 2. https://youtu.be/b4MSjExESB0 there is a new functionality that PureStake is working on called XCM-to-EVM. XCM to EVM feature allows developers on other chains to trigger function calls on Moonbeam’s EVM and access all of its features from their home chains. XCM-integrated chains will interact with Moonbeam EVM to execute logic trustlessly using Substrate-native logic. Developers from within the Polkadot ecosystem can also use EVM over XCM to access general message passing protocols like Axelar, which allows them to communicate with other blockchains outside of the ecosystem like Ethereum, Cosmos, and Avalanche.
In addition, the Moonbeam Foundation has a grant program where you can apply and ask for funding or any assistance that can help you in the development of your project. you can get more detailed information here: https://moonbeam.foundation/grants/
Thanks for the very detailed answer
