So I still can’t find my hero score… Did I need

to opt in? I voted and got rewards… I though it was automatic…..

I believe I opted in, why there is no i formation at all in the app? Why it has to be so complicated for the users?

For the moment, you will receive each monday your score by mail and by notification on the app. We all hope that Hero score will be one day displayed in the app but for now it's not the case.

It should not be based on hope, all these shenanigans does not help to attract people into the platform, I am user of swissborg for years and I find it difficult to understand all of this, so I imagine for a new person it is worse

Yes but that’s what Swissborg is about… the app, I got the notification to vote, but must have missed the opt in to being a hero. But I can buy/sell do everything else through the app, I don’t want to be clicking on links in telegram or discord to opt in to things, it should be sent to me in app or via email.

The vote and the opt-in were two differents actions. If you have forget to opt-in for the hero score, you will need to wait the Season 2 of the hero score.
