Hi Steve, watch wallet mode refers to a wallet situation that tracks a wallet's public information. This means a user can only see the wallet balance and all but can't initiate any transaction. Import the wallet with secret phrase to make transactions with the wallet. Watch only wallet can’t move funds. You imported blu an address. You need the seed phrase to move funds. If you bought or “found” this wallet you have been scammed.
