could not find,
can anyone comment on whether crvusd is good for frax or not? I can see that sfrxETH is usable as collateral to begin with.
That and the fact that frax is the top cvx / crv token holder, so they have large sway when it comes to emissions directing.
But, does that tie curve’s hands with regards to crvusd vs frax?
if anyone has some resources on the matter, would love to know.
I’ve said this before but I think crvUSD is one of the most bullish things for the Frax/Curve/Convex flywheel to date. Every aspect of it from sfrxETH collateral to crvUSD:FRAX base pool will be positive sum.
Also worth noting that we are crypto-native and appreciate brilliant protocols/teams that stay true to DeFi. I think its safe to say that a vast majority of people in the DeFi space is very eager for the launch of crvUSD. I personally really appreciate all the brilliant minds and the crypto-native infrastructures that create value in the ecosystem which help expand the frax vision. So I do believe that instead of seeing them as a competitor, Frax really looks onto expanding their vision with great protocols and teams. 👍🏻
thanks Sam and Andy (and Jae) for the help with the answers. its good to see this level of composability and thinking with regards to defi… we so early on the grand scheme of things.
Hopefully the answers I gave on discord were helpful haha
