So can we discuss this lawsuit here? Because it most

certainly affects us regardless if we're involved or not.

One thing that's very concerning to me personally is Bancor's newly updated terms that include a complete forfeit of rights to a trial by jury. This was apparently updated after the lawsuit? Regardless, I did not agree to those terms and frankly I'm not sure I'm able to as a US citizen? I'm still really hazy on what does or does not apply to us.

If this isn't the correct place to discuss all of this, please let me know. But it really seems important to our current position and Bancor's future.

Just wondering how a terms of service is affecting...

Many, many things have affected my position in a decentralized protocol over the past year including bad actors, decisions by the DAO, decisions by the developers of the protocol... Why would I assume terms of service that governs the app of the protocol not affect my position?
