Hey Anno! There are several community built wallets that you can use, such as Casper Dash, casper.tor.us, and Simple Wallet. Alternatively you can also use the Casper Wallet being developed by the MAKE team: https://www.casperwallet.io/user-guide/getting-started
Compatible with Trezor?
Unfortunately CSPR is not currently supported by Trezor.
So no hardware wallet?
Hi Chuck, Speaking of wallets, is there any benefit of using Casper Wallet over Signer ? I don't trade or spend any of my CSPR, all of it is staked and will stay staked long term. As I'm not very active here, is there any risk Signer will be discontinued in future somehow? As far as I understand all wallets are based on the actual Signer but with a 'fancier' GUI so the answer is no, right? Thanks
Hey J Mendes! The Signer will be overtaken by the Casper Wallet, so we highly recommend that you migrate your Signer into the Casper Wallet. In terms of your staked CSPR with Signer, there is no need to unstake and transfer. Here's a guide on how to migrate from Signer to Casper Wallet: https://www.casperwallet.io/user-guide/signer-user-start-here Just make sure to secure your .pem file!
Thanks for clarifying Chuck. It's hard to keep up will all project developments, I was not aware of the Casper Wallet until today. I will migrate now then. Many thanks 🙏🏼
So, I assume I can still use Ledger to secure Casper Wallet right?
