I understand dgb is open source but who is standing

up for digibyte? I mean does dgb have a team that is pulling the boat?

I know it’s hard to understand because there are blockchains with VC funding, there are blockchain companies and there are public blockchains. DigiByte is not a company, no ceo, it’s driven by volunteers from the developers all the way down to the non-developer supporters. I like to think of it as a public utility, you can use it, contribute to it or build on it. You can do all three if you’d like. Are you looking to build an app or contribute? Or are you DYOR because you’re thinking of purchasing DGB? If you’re a little more specific in your inquiry we might be able to point you in the right direction.

I'm not that well versed with the Digibyte project but what I do know is encouraging as it relates to the ability of a government to drop the hammer on it. The fact there is no head to cut off is a huge plus.

Don allow me to give you a short elevator pitch. DigiByte focuses on cybersecurity, Digital assets (DigiAssets), Payments and secure communications technologies.
