thanks, hasn't resolved it. do you think its worth uninstalling and then reinstalling before going to support for a potentially long wait?
Yes I recommend you do that. But before doing so, make sure you remember your logic credentials so you don’t get mistakenly locked out of your account. This happens way more than you’d imagine :D
I logged in the web app just to make sure I can and my MCP rank there has gone to starter. many full sets etc. what a shower
Suggest you to give it some time as could be a temporary issue. Then let us know after trying to reinstall your mobile app.
just following up in case this is useful to anyone (regarding getting a network error on the phone app before login). Clearing cache was not enough. I had to delete all phone data related to veve, but did not delete the app. Then it worked fine

I didn't reinstall just deleted all data (not just cache but all veve data, not the app)
