I'll explain. The HOLO Network is in advanced alpha, which means that hosting is currently active and in alpha testing on a network of approximately 1.1k HoloPorts. Advanced tests. After BETA, when free SW is available for everyone, you can be a host with any PC. So even older PCs are fine as long as they work 100%. Obviously you, as a host, will be more appreciated (by those who want to put their hApp on the Holo Network, by Devs for example) if you have more CPU, bandwidth etc. But you can also do with an old PC. Maybe a minimum of requirements will be required to download the SW (as is the case now with many sw out there.. but it shouldn't be too "strict" I think). At this moment it is not possible to know the earning metrics. I suggest you read the newsroom a bit to understand where we are.
