Interestingly, virtually no one thinks about the human side of

people. Let me explain. A decision of this magnitude (even if it was obviously decided with a long-term and, hopefully, positive vision) brings with it a high load of emotional stress for people who have to:
1.Deciding which step to take
2.Communicate it to the community

These are things that test the emotionality of the people who have to do them. And nobody, I think, thinks about this.
Thoughts on this?

The team is in a no win situation with some people. If they don’t have all the answers figured out, people complain they don’t know what they are doing. If they wait until they figure out all the solutions, then they are withholding some bad news. It’s clear that the complainers know nothing about running a business of this type or size.

Decisions of a certain magnitude are not made in a few hours. It takes time, study of the situation and entrepreneurial spirit of adaptation. I wouldn't be surprised if someone on the team had a few sleepless nights. And I'm surprised that no member of the community stops to think about this too
