if you delegate today, you won't be able to vote on the ongoing proposal as the snapshot of delegated addresses has already been taken. you'll need to wait for the next vote in the Snapshot space

then what is the maximum supply of MNT tokens?..I didn't find it in the document..but I saw in the chat above that it says that the max supply of MNT is 31.4B

The initial total supply of $MNT will be 9,219,316,768, or 1:1 to the current $BIT total supply, to reflect the $BIT burns. Future governance votes may induce more Burns and Mints (requires at least three votes: changing maximum Mint amount from the initial 0%, determining the actual Mint amount, allowing the Minted tokens to leave the Treasury). Burns can be proposed at the forum at any moment, while Mints are not expected in the short-to-medium term, as over 6B or 65% of the $MNT tokens in the Treasury provide plenty of cushion.
