What are the consequences if SEC wins no more COTI in

i’ll repeat the question in simpler way as you not understand what could be the IMPLICATIONS for Coti if SEC wins e.g. no trading in US markets -that’s a given anything else?

Just delisting. Which is a win by default for the SEC anyway. IOHK would win in a one on one with the SEC their ICO was fully above board I believe only Japanese investors with no ties to the US. COTI would most certainly beat the SEC if XRP goes the way the LBRY case would. The only thing the SEC wants at the present time is to crush the industry by default by getting rid of the two main on/off ramps. They're doing that because they're running out of time in terms of the next US presidential election and congress getting their act together and passing legislation that would allow crypto companies to register as whatever new form of quasi security they invent.
