In this case, it's works like this: Transaction was made, but on bsc network. As neither you or platform have access to that address, then it's just gone. Platforms can use private keys or other methods for generating and operating addresses, so they really sometimes don't have control on addresses.

Again, if platform don't have access to that address, there is nothing you or TW can do on it. Be careful and check such details 7 times before sign tx.
