?? no, it's probably just a display glitch in their app. If you had Funds on Ethereum at the fork on May 10, then you get a copy on Pulsechain.

if it's iOS, I think the app is bugged out at the moment. It's 3rd party so there's not can be done other than report it to the Staker.app team
