I'm using Sendit Staking, APR = 8.2% on that site.... but my "Historical reward rate" is only 4.33 %. What's going on?

it seems historical rewards rate only takes into account rewards for the last 7 days. keep in mind that rewards - depends on total bonded and collator performance, and the % of share of delegators bonds at the collator. sometimes the collator produces fewer blocks and you get a smaller reward, but this is mostly a random factor. the collator can produce more blocks in one week and less in another, and therefore the rewards may vary slightly (but in most cases it does not depend on the collator), when the total bonded of the collator increases, the rewards also decreases

my rewards are basically HALF what they are advertised as! Should I unbond and stake with a different collator that doesn't screw me?!

collators do not distribute rewards on their own, the protocol does it. read more carefully what I wrote to you above
