If I understand correctly, with Mainnet 6 there will be

the option to pay for services on Akash with USDC?
Is there a plan to pay out Staking rewards in Stables (USDC), too?
Or would this (rewards in stables) be negative for tokenomics ?

Hi! So there is no plan to pay rewards in stablecoins, since it's doesn't make much sense for securing the network. The stable payments are purely to make it easier for the marketplace users to avoid risk of token price fluctuations l. Since when akt jumping up and down, users and providers need to change the prices.

Thanks. Imagined it could be a mechanism to stop dumping the token. Maybe „real incoming yield“ could be paid in usdc and comparing o that rate the Staking rewards in Akt could be lowered. But I am fine, if these thoughts doesn’t make any sense from an economical point of view.

the inflation is 7.5% aprox. So it doesn't affect the price much rn. The Burn mechanism for the gathered Stablecoins from maker and taker fees has much more sense rn.
