It was launched on 6th July. So far 40m authorized with 24m already issued onto the KavaEVM and expected to start flowing onto the cosmos ecosystem and onto Osmosis, etc in mid August

Why can't it be transferred to osmosis now? Does Kava need to enable transfers?

I don't know the reason, in August they are launching an incentives program for cosmos based projects to encourage adoption of native USDt https://kavachain.medium.com/introducing-kava-rise-cosmos-usdt-incentive-program-f68062f6c39f

I still don't understand... so with this proposal, protocols are rewarded for deploy on kava? Or for have liquidity of usdt on their own chains?
