are still being incentivized ?? Also in curve there is a 3.17% instant kava rewards for the fake 1.52M TVL of multi 3 pool. These rewards should be at zero.

All Incentives should be at 0. Give this money to Mare to make Surge. How its possible to incentivise and give even 1 Kava to those chinese scammers. Another thing u should calculate and change Kava Lend TVL and Curve to show the real vlaue of those Multi assets , not to show and count in DefiLLAMA their pegged values

They were cut back to a low level on the previous proposal created before the latest multichain shutdown, so those with trapped assets are still earning a yield until a further proposal is created
