FYI another 20 Millions CSPR of the Casper Association has

been sent to OKX yesterday, bringing the total to nearly 300 million (over $12 million) sent by Casper Association to OKX in 3 months.
We've been asking about these transactions for over a week now, with no response. 300 million CSPR are transferred from the association's wallet to an exchange and no one knows what it corresponds to? Can we have some transparency on this subject to avoid false rumors or misinterpretations? Does the CA need to sell tokens to pay salaries or it's something else ?

This isn't a good look and requires transparency from CA. After all if they are a non profit what would they have to hide? 300M tokens and 20M just a day ago looks "unusual" to say the least. The convenient market timing and price action is hard to ignore.
