We've run "Predict-ETH" Data Challenges for several months.

Participants had to predict ETH price 5 min, 10 min, …, 60 min ahead. Reward $ goes to those with lowest prediction error.

Now, Predict-ETH Data Challenge is transforming into Challenge DF.

Challenge DF is part of Ocean DF. 🚜🪼

Why:
- Lower overhead --> uses DF ops
- Preps the stage for more evolution yet 👀

Data Farming's updated structure:

- Active DF: 75K OCEAN weekly. Earn by locking OCEAN for veOCEAN.

- Passive DF with substreams:
- Volume DF: 70K OCEAN weekly. Earn by pointing veOCEAN to high-DCV assets
- Challenge DF [new]: 5K OCEAN weekly. Earn by predicting ETH

Challenge DF Details
- Predictions are due every Wed, right before midnight
- Predict for Thu at 12.05am, 12.10am, ..., 1.00am
- Rewards: 2500 OCEAN for lowest error, 1500 for 2nd-lowest, 1000 for 3rd
- Rewards are calc'd & distr'd as part of DF ops
- Claim rewards in DF app
