In regards to the snapshot vote. It appears that the funding will go to 2 projects that got funding in the past ( Moonwell and Stellaswap) and 2 new projects that didn't receive a grant in the past (Gamma and TFA DAO). It's a good balance between showing continuous support to established players and giving new projects a chance. That's the sign of a healthy ecosystem.
