USD₮ supplied, the APY will be at ~9% - way above the market average of 2-3% for each asset." When there are already ~8.9m USDT supplied and APY is 24.88%?

Yes, I see with 10m USDt with the current allocation it would be 22.1% not 9% Perhaps that text was written based on the rewards allocation after the initial surge event
