Generally you need a Chinese phone number or at least access to ecosystems like alipay/wechat. Conflux core has a fiat-to-nft solution that enables users to pay local fiat and mint/trade/etc. Its enabling a whole compliant web3 ecosystem in China where end uers can't actually use erc-20 or cfx directly but they buy nfts with fiat

Any news on the offshore RMB project? Is conflux still working on this? How about the bsim collaboration with China telecom? Yuanjie said on Twitter people can purchase bsim cards at the end of this year, is it still on schedule? The team should release as more as possible good news on regulation-compliant work as this is how you can introduce new users to the cfx blockchain and get the token price up.
