the protocol targets a 5% annual inflation rate and, as such, has an uncapped token supply, but 80% of the fees spent are burned, which should create deflationary pressure in the long run

yup, as SvPatrik said, both chains have an uncapped token supply. I believe that when the networks becomes more popular, burning will create deflationary pressure, but I don't want to speculate on this. we'll see
