It's very much negligible. They, on average, receive what they should for their appropriate hash rate, you in turn receive about the percentage you deserve for your hash rate. IMO, you'll get greater variance due to your locality to the particular pool server you try to mine with. Your distance from server, measurable as your latency or ping to that address, will be the main contributor to your valid shares and subsequent stale rate, in a typical pplns pool your not paid for stale/duplicated work. While not currently mining, I've previously found this factor to make a more significant difference than the pool based on its hash rate. (So long as the pool is significant to find blocks consistently, top 15 pools likely all fine)

I'm not a miner, but I imagine there is no noticeable difference between the pools. In my opinion it would be recommendable to choose a non-majority pool to divide the hashrate. In any case, if you want to ask other miners, here is the mining group: https://t.me/NervosMining
