It's just the last concern, that it could turn into a massive issue in the near future once omi has more exposure. I'd feel better if they were burned or if they explained how this will be dealt with or if it's just a non issue. Other than that the last 6 months of updates has been a breath of fresh air

Yeah, let's lay this argument to rest. You won't convince me, I won't convince you. And my answer to your question is: Ecomi has been very careful with anything that could get them into trouble in regards to laws and regulations. So it's up to you to assess whether you trust their approach or not. I'm no financially expert but I know honest, genuine people when I see them. I trust them and I believe they're being smart with their cautious approach.
