It's very rare for companies to accept crypto payments for many reasons They use payment processors instead Bitpay is the biggest afaik and we are the most used coin with Bitcoin over there 💪

I think that Elon is aware of Litecoin because Dogecoin is based off Litecoin and that they're merge mined (Litecoin saved Dogecoin from having not enough mining hashrate)
