But who defines what FUD is, because when saying/asking things

that are true scares people is it considered FUD?
I'll say Paul is sometimes straight forward and direct, but do we want a project where we all keep the doubt and difficult questions far away from the papaer hands or do we want a project that has people holding who know what they are doing and aren't afraid to take on the hard times/questions?
In far to many projects it's an (un)written rule not to ask hard questions because you could scare away the "investors" which is there money stream(cow)
I hope COTI can do better because guys like Paul are imo necessary for a project, because you need guys that dare to say the undesired things that need to be sad.
I didn't vote in the poll, but would definitely have voted to reinstate him.
I'm just a small fish, but wanted to give my 2 cents.
Not that my opinion matters....but just like an a-hole everybody has one, and this is mine😉👍

Paul is not banned in this official chat. I’ve fulfilled my responsibility in this matter. However, we also expect that he understands there’s a thin line between spreading FUD and offering constructive criticism. We are receptive to the latter, but the former is not acceptable. Regarding the COTI trading chat, it is an unofficial group managed by dedicated and active community members. I have confidence in their judgment, and I comprehend why they might prefer to maintain his ban. It's easier to potentially cross that delicate FUD line in unofficial chats, whereas one might exercise more caution in official chats (though something Paul previously, anyways resulting in a ban that was later lifted). The ultimate decision to allow him back into the unofficial trading chat lies entirely with their admins. I believe this decision shouldn't be determined by votes, as these administrators put in substantial effort to uphold the cleanliness of the trading chat and must deal with any repercussions if things spiral out of control. As for the main chat, feel free to reach out to me via direct message if you believe someone should be unbanned, and I may lift the ban if I deem it necessary. However, it's preferable that the decision to unban someone in the trading group is left to the administrators themselves.
