ADMIN : I load up my trust wallet, copy secret

passphrase, i click to import another multicoin account, enter my passphrase and none of my coins show up (even afer i import token address) and eth address is different in new account, why isnt it the same? what am i missing here? thank to anyone that can help!

i asked it one other time and never got a resolution, i added the custom tokens and no balances show up. i been using trust for years now and very familiar with it, just confused is all why nothing shows up even after im import tokens
