if we Oasis will serve our use case
I'm a Prod Owner (15+ years) + Dev (C/C++/Python/Middleware, >15 years, <3 months on Solidity-based SCs)
Read much much of the docs on Oasis; still cannot determine if Oasis can help with what I need.

Problem Statement
Reduce friction & complexity for end user who wants to control/manage who has access to their data (not managed on their behalf).

Info
Our data set is larger than can fit on-chain (a few MBs per user) —> need a more elegant albeit multi-part solution
So far, our user requirements imply the following solution elements:
0. Onchain private record of any actions performed on data: Allow access, Read, Write
1. An encryption KMS: Sharded keys (not signature) with oAuth2.0 access enabled to simplify key recall
2. This includes a hashed merkle tree representation of records for data tampering of end solutions).
3. A managed data store (encrypt/decrypt (via keys from KMS)
4. ABAC (authorization based access control for all the data)
Optional #5. UI framework: we can build that too but it'd be great if someone had a decent skeleton to start with

We can also build 1-4 but I thought I'd ask around to see if Oasis can help.

Can someone help me understand what of the above is possible?
