In order the increase your DTAL you need to make sure your land ratings are high and increasing. You can consider getting a mega boost which can get your land ratings to avg so you get avg dtal. Or else you can consider getting super boost which can get you ½ way to the highest land ratings XD Than you can boost them daily manually and maintain that slot)
