mechanism. I know before 60% of all collected fees were burned and the remaining 40% were shared with dApp devs, but now since every dApps can allocate as much fees as they want does it have a minimum of how much a project needs to give away? And does INJ still burn 60% of all dApps collected or did that number change too?
Check this blog post - https://blog.injective.com/inj-burn-2-0/
Yeah, I’ve read it, that is what raised my questions, because I don’t see the answer there 🙂
what inj.2? will we have to migrate our token?
You don't need to migrate nothing. Open the blog post and read what is INJ 2.0
Thanks read it, fantastic news
Yeah that link was useless, didn't explain anything about what uptime was, about commission or voting power, explained nothing 🙄
The updated APR parameter shown takes into consideration the inflation rate, bonded token ratio, community tax and the annual provisions i.e its calculated based on these values. A simple way to describe how APR is being calculated (approximately) is (bondedTokens / totalOnChain) * inflation. The formula is not entirely accurate tho, there are some other parameters when calculating the APR but you get the point APR on hub is for everybody so you can check on hub itself. Each validator have different comission It is the percentage of the delegator's rewards retained by the validator Example: Commision rate = 7%, you will receive 93% staking reward, validator will receive 7% The voting power is how much percentage of ALL of the validators that particular one hold
Ok thankyou Stefan 🙂 and uptime what's does that mean
Or is the updated APR parameter the uptime
No. If the validator is down for some period of time they might get slashed, including your stake. The higher the uptime of the validator the more reliable they are. Uptime stats is calculated based on the last 10k blocks, not the entirety of the validator's existence.
OK brilliant so go for a validator with a high uptime, and one with lower commission, voting 🗳 power whether high or low I'm assuming isn't that important 🤔 thanks Stefan I'm starting to understand 👍, I'll stop bothering you now buddy 😂🙂
You don't bother me, that's my job, as I told you, if you have a question you can always ask it, I'll try to explain it to you as best as possible
I've staked my INJ 🥳. Stefan I can't see on the INJ page how i withdraw my INJ out of the INJ chain and back onto Binance though, obviously no intentions to move it out for a long time but where is the withdrawal feature
