Hi, guys, we found this wonderful kava account (https://www.mintscan.io/kava/address/kava1gggszchqvw2l65my03mak6q5qfhz9cn2g0px29) with

a tiny bit of unregistered delegations, approximately 63 millions coins. We couldn't find any tx with delegations/undelegations/redelegations instruction with this account neither in mintscan, kavascan or even genesis.json (https://kava-genesis-files.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/kava_2222-10/genesis.json). Is it some kind of special/internal account? Where can we find information about those delegations?
