Hello. Can someone explain why hex on erc 20 have

different price then on pulse chain. Can it be swapped 1:1? Sorry for the stupid question, I'm new at this

You answered yourself. If the price is different, then obviously you can't swap for 1:1. Price is given by the market, so obviously it can be whatever the market decides - and markets are seldom rational, but always right.

The price is different because the two assets have different liquidity and liquidity is what determines the price and the only thing that can change liquidity is the market.
