@Ecomi_rhys VeVe support contacted me on 17th of October about

my payout. They said they will have a look at it with processing payment provider.
Its more than a week and I still dont have an answer. Payment is still processing in my WebApp.
I cashed out on 26th of September..
whats happening? When can I expect money

Bear in mind payouts go through a partner bank and then on to your bank, if any of the intermediary banks have questions or if the funds are returned this can take a long time. If we have responded to your ticket then we have opened an enquiry and we will update you as soon as when we hear back
