Why don't we already have the tokens in our wallet?

These tokens belong to each $MATIC holder and for the moment the majority is held by Polygon!!

What they actually do with our POL tokens? Staking? Loans? Borrow? Earning a little bit more money until the swap?

These tokens should have been minted with the address of each $MATIC holder as genesis address
