SEC has no authority over DeFi. And even if it had, a civil lawsuit against the founder of a DeFi product has no relevancy against the product itself. Such things are precisely why it is so important for you and others to email a comment against the idiotic regulatory proposal. Only takes 15 min.

I saw someone saying eHex has a fully dilluted mcap of 6 billion, so if we would see the ath again that would mean a mcap of 300 billion, that seems a bit too high😱😄, what do you think?

HEX already had a market cap of 290B USD and was no. 3 crypto for a brief time. Not sure why an extra 10B would make a difference. Note that market cap is just circulating supply * market price. It is ridiculously easy to create a coin with a trillion market cap and people do it for fun. Market cap has no actual relevancy to anything much. It is the three market parameters that matter: price, volume and liquidity.

Such flippenings are a psychological barrier. Even though it takes no real effort to increase the MC above that of ETH or BTC, the cryptard dumpers will prevent it. We saw this going on for two cycles between ETH and BTC. This is the only reason we still have a narrativecoin as the highest MC crypto. It's crazy and it makes crypto look extremely immature.
