the best way is to send MOVR to cexs. but you can bridge MOVR to Moonbeam using synapseprotocol. If it's not a large amount, you can consider swapping MOVR for GLMR on solarflare, but make sure to check the price impact on solarflare first

You don't need to. Moonbeam's primary goal is to enrich the Polkadot ecosystem with diverse use cases and to connect all parachains with other EVM and non-EVM compatible ecosystems.
