Also the fact that only gCOTI cannot be used to earn rewards without having COTI. You still need COTI in order to boost using gCOTI. Furthermore, the supply of gCOTI is 1 billion, whereas for COTI it's 2 billion. This practically means that not everyone can boost their COTI to gCOTI in a 1:1 ratio. Hence, the necessity for COTI persists. Additionally, gCOTI will also be distributed as rewards to COTI depositors in the future, ultimately benefiting COTI holders only.
