to code a smart contract for loaning tools and have them impossible to trade after or sell and would let the original owner able to reclaim them at any moment ?

possible only if tools are transfered to intermediary account, but that is quite risky

not a technical problen imo, this is trust problem. Either AW or other side with good reputation would need to hold the tool during rent
