Use StellarX and it will automatically calculate if a pool already exists. If a pool does not exist, my recommendation would be to have an orderbook going already, then start with a very small amount (but not too small) and let it calculate the price. That process takes a few minutes. After you’re sure the LP has figured itself out, add a bit more, let it calculate, repeat as needed. Think of it as a science. Some more info on what you’re building could be helpful, but the theory applies somewhat universally when it comes to Stellar LP’s
