It is patently absurd to me that so many seem completely clueless about IPwE. Here's the scoop: IT IS ITS OWN COMPANY/PROJECT IT IS NOT PART OF CASPER IT OPERATES BY ITS OWN SCHEDULE AND TIMELINE I did a project a few years ago that was pretty large. We chose Oracle database for our RDBMS. We encountered a few delays. Here's what did NOT happen. Nobody went to Oracle and asked, "Where is the JD project? Why hasn't it released on Oracle yet?" You know why? Because, while we used an Oracle consultant on the project, the project was NOT part of the the Oracle corporation, and Oracle had NOTHING to do with our timeframe for delivery. The were a vendor with a consulting contract, that help US with OUR project that was NOT part of their company. People could have asked Oracle until they were blue in the face why we hadn't delivered yet, and Oracle would have had NOTHING to say, because it wasn't their project. Sound familiar?
