I have a question regarding staking. Let's say a node

was elected for one era and next era it's not elected anymore. Would people who nominated it to the election receive the reward? (it looks like there's no reward payed in such case)

Then you might need to wait until tomorrow. Maybe the validator has not initiated the payout yet. You could check yourself on Reef Console on the Payout chart of that individual validator.

i'm not able to check it now, because to me it happened some time ago. however, i see there was a validator yesterday (for one era) and there was no payment made. can you check if there's a pending payment from this validator?
