People still don‘t understand that people selling DJED below 1$ on the open market, while it can always be burned on the platform for 1$, doesn‘t mean that it has depegged.

You can refute this in a 1000 different ways, certain people will still try and drive a certain narrative.

BIS are taking the price above $1 and not just below. they count a depeg as anytime the price differs from $1. They also use price on CoinGecko and not price of mint/burn on Djed.xyz which has always been $1. I don't think the team needs to refute this as they have already done videos and tweets explaining how taking an exchange price can be misleading as it's not the real real mint/burn price for the majority of users. It should however I think be noted that if you are from the US or from other countries which are restricted on Djed.XYZ platform then yes the the exchange price is real price and to those users there a depegging that I guess has happened, as they can only access Djed via dex's/exchanges
